I realize there is a baskeball game on Monday, but those in grades 5-8 who are not going to the game, should attend quiz bowl practice. There will also be a practice on Wednesday. Oral readers will practice at lunch, after school on Tuesday and on Friday after school. (Saturday may not work afterall.)
Taylor will represent Trinity at the Regional Spelling Bee Sunday, February 27, 2011, at the Macomb Center. Go Taylor!
The number of travelers to New York City has increased again. At present we have 17 students and 20 chaperones. The price of the trip is $784.30. Bills were distributed a few weeks ago and were sent out again last Tuesday.

Seventh and eighth grade, I know this Law Day essay is getting you down, but to see how bad it would be, I sat down tonight with all of the notes and articles I have given you, to see if I could quickly write the Law Day paper. I know it sounds kind of nerdy, but I wrote one in a relatively short period of time and had plenty of info to pull from and more than 400 words. If I can do it, you can too. If you need more info, look online, but you should have everything you need, except perhaps a quote, and that is easily found online. Good luck with this...I had fun doing it, maybe you will too...and yes, I do realize I probably need to get a life! :)
