Carry the Joy of Jesus: Make a Ripple

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
Matthew 28:19-20

Juliet, Juliet, where for art thou, Juliet?

Thank you to all of the drivers who enabled us to attend Romeo and Juliet.  It was a shortened version, which was probably just enough for most; and despite what Mr. Brown says, it was excellent.

This is just another reminder the next $300 deposit for the trip to NYC was due on Monday. You were notified of the amount and due date back in early January, and I sent another bill home Tuesday (2/8/11). Thank you if you who have already taken care of this, and if you are unable to pay at this time, please contact me and I will cover your second deposit with school funds, until you can get it paid. Thank you for your attention to this manner. Call me if you have questions. We have our original number

After discussing it with the school office, if you would like to make a dinner for the Napiers, please sign up on a calendar in the school office. That way they will not be overloaded at any one time, and the food will be spread across a longer period of time. If you have any questions call Sarah or Sandy in the school office. There are plenty of days open.

Congratulations, Kyle and Trina for finishing first and second, respectively, in the National Geographic Geography Bee Friday. Kyle will represent Trinity at the state level. Great job, Kyle! Congratulations to Taylor Harder and Val Hallberg for winning first and second place in the Trinity Spelling Bee, respectively. Taylor will represent us in the Regional Meet on Sunday, February 27, 2011 at the Macomb Center. Go Taylor!

Again, thank you all for your kind wishes and gifts for Christmas and the New Year. I am always grateful for your kindness and thoughtfulness. Blessings, for a happy, healthy New Year.

The number of travelers to New York City has increased again. At present we have 17 students and 20 chaperones. The price of the trip is $784.30. Bills were distributed a few weeks ago and were sent out again last Tuesday.

The Secret Life of Bees, is Tuesday, March 22 at 1:00 P.M. (Remember when that sounded a long way off?)

Have a great week in the Lord,
Sally Buss
