Carry the Joy of Jesus: Make a Ripple

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
Matthew 28:19-20

viernes: Conferences begin next week.

Times for conferences were sent home yesterday (Thursday).  Just email me if you need to change it.
The only rehearsal for the Christmas play next week is Tuesday during school.

Thank you so much for your generous donations of cookies for Covenant House. We made over $200 in addition to the Dress Down Day proceeds. It will be very cool for the kids to donate this much money that night. Thank you allowing them to bake cookies.

On Thursday, November 18, 2010 at 6:00 P.M. the class will be going to Covenant House Michigan for the International Candlelight Vigil on Homelessness. All of you are welcome.

On Friday, November 19, 2010 the entire class will be going to Future Freshman Day at Lutheran High North. It is a great way for students to get a feel for high school life and get a look inside life at LHN. Parents who are interested in learning more about LHN or high school in general are encouraged to attend. It is from 9:00A.M. - 12:15 P.M. A pizza lunch is provided.

The number of travelers to New York City has increased to 38. At present we have 17 students and 21 chaperones. The reduced price of the trip is $784.30. Bills will be coming out shortly.

Have a great weekend in the Lord,

Sally Buss
