1. Reading: The Giver, through chapter 12, Monday; through 14 and open book quiz, Tuesday

2. Vocabulary: Unit 4 choosing the right word, synonyms and antonyms, Monday; Finish Unit 4 for Tuesday

3.  Writing: Michigan Hero; continue working on paper and continue looking for and talking with family etc. for information; “Final” draft due Wednesday, October 23; bring in a photo of your Michigan, Friday
